v26.2.2: Widevine Permission Prompts

This release improves our Widevine CDM support by fixing an issue where DRM-protected content would fail to play if it requested unknown permissions. Braid will now correctly prompt the user for unknown permissions instead of silently failing.

Fixed​

  • Widevine and unknown permissions - Added an explicit check to allow Widevine playback. For any other unknown permissions requested by webviews, Braid will now prompt the user with a dialog instead of silently blocking them.
